Flag Across America-Fort Seward In our third year, the flag is up and flying. It has been exciting to say the least! Thank you to the many fine folks for stopping in and looked at ND's largest America flag. Our vistors are up with this addition to the fort! Keep coming!
Our Fort Seward museum will open soon and be ready to greet you and answer any question about the fort or Flags Across America.
We're on to step two, creating the memorial.
We hope you will stop in and watch the laying of the brick pathway around the base of the 140ft flagpole. A new paving stone walkway will be layed on the grounds this summer. The pathway will start at the Fort Seward Museum, and follow the eastern side of the Fort grounds, til it reaches the base of the flag. Each stone will hold a name of veteran. Contact a Flags Across America-Jamestown board member for more on this.
